ABOUT ADRIAN

Adrian is a Senior Associate at Prime Net Lease with more than 11 years of experience in commercial real estate. He has successfully represented clients across a wide spectrum of property types, from single-tenant net lease assets to multi-tenant retail centers, closing transactions nationwide.

Adrian is recognized for his integrity, energy, and client-first approach. With a strong background in accounting and finance, he brings a sharp analytical eye to underwriting, deal structuring, and negotiations — ensuring his clients achieve the best possible outcomes whether they are buying, selling, or executing a 1031 exchange.

Before entering real estate, Adrian worked as an accountant for an architectural firm in Los Angeles. That early experience provided him with a strong foundation in financial analysis and sparked his long-term passion for commercial property investments.

Adrian graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics with an Emphasis in Accounting, along with a minor in Sports Management and Medicine. He was an active member and leader of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity.

Outside of the office, Adrian is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hiking, fishing, playing sports, and living an active lifestyle.
