With wide-ranging knowledge in the fields of accounting and finance, Adrian is astute at evaluating properties, transacting, and negotiating contracts, thus ensuring the best possible outcome for his clients. As a 1031 expert, Adrian ensures all his clients pursuing the exchange model are fully informed throughout the entire process and have a multitude of exchange options.
Before starting his career in real estate, Adrian worked as an accountant for an architectural firm in Los Angeles. This experience spurred his interest in commercial properties and provided him with the opportunity to gain vast market knowledge, while understanding how to maximize financial gain.
Adrian graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics with an Emphasis in Accounting, along with a minor in Sports Management and Medicine. He was an active member and leader of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity.
Outside of the office, Adrian likes to spend his time outdoors, hiking, playing sports, and living an active lifestyle.
