ABOUT MICHAEL

Michael Matusik is the Vice President of Prime Net Lease, with over 13 years of experience in real estate, specializing in acquisitions, dispositions, client relationships, marketing, and office administration. He is known for his hands-on approach, honesty, and integrity, setting the standard for excellence in the industry.
​
Michael's career in real estate began with a leading national brand bank, where he served as a senior personal banker. His keen understanding of financial operations and commitment to excellence quickly earned him a strong reputation. Later, he transitioned to a large conglomerate real estate investment firm, where he gained comprehensive experience in all aspects of the business.
​
At Prime Net Lease, Michael joined forces with his brother Paul, focusing on gas stations and convenience stores. Together, they have successfully expanded their clientele and grown the business. Michael's unique skill set and innovative approach to client goals have been instrumental in clarifying even the most complex transactions.
​
Michael has worked on transactions involving properties with Kum & Go, Wawa, QuikTrip, 7-Eleven, Dairy Queen, and more. He has been responsible for over $700M in transaction volume, showcasing his ability to deliver unmatched service and results.
​
A member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Michael is committed to staying at the forefront of industry trends and best practices. He holds a degree in finance from California State University, Northridge.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife Natasha and their two children. He is an active volunteer with the Alzheimer's Association and finds joy in cycling, playing basketball, soccer, and golf.
