ABOUT PAUL

As President and Founder of Prime Net Lease, Inc., Paul Matusik brings over 25 years of experience specializing in net lease investment sales across the United States. His vision is to deliver a best-in-class brokerage platform focused on advising investors in single-tenant and multi-tenant triple net (NNN) assets, as well as shopping centers.
​
Paul works with high-net-worth individuals, family trusts, developers, and institutional investors, providing strategic guidance on acquisitions, dispositions, and 1031 exchanges. He has individually completed over 500 transactions totaling more than $1.2 billion in volume, while overseeing an additional $1 billion in net lease transactions executed by the Prime Net Lease team.

Throughout his career, Paul has represented transactions involving nationally recognized, investment-grade tenants including Walmart, Walgreens, Home Depot, and Target. His experience spans the full lifecycle of a real estate investment—from sourcing and underwriting to negotiation, financing, and closing—allowing him to guide clients through even the most complex transactions with clarity and precision.

Paul began his career with a large real estate investment firm, where he developed a comprehensive understanding of the industry. Today, he is known for his disciplined approach, strong negotiation skills, and unwavering commitment to protecting his clients’ interests and maximizing outcomes.

He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and holds a degree in Economics from California State University, Northridge. Outside of work, Paul is a dedicated family man who enjoys cycling and golf.
