Alfredo Lule is an Investment Associate at Prime Net Lease, where he brings a strong foundation in real estate and a passion for property investment. Born and raised in the Coachella Valley, Alfredo’s interest in real estate was sparked early on through hands-on experience in landscaping, where he gained exposure to both residential and commercial properties. This unique perspective fueled his appreciation for the diverse types of land and buildings that shape communities.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate from California State University, Northridge, equipping him with the technical knowledge and analytical skills to support clients and investors in achieving their goals.
Beyond his professional work, Alfredo is dedicated to family and values an active lifestyle. He enjoys spending time with his family and girlfriend, and stays engaged through activities such as pickleball, soccer, running, weightlifting, swimming, basketball, and hiking.
With a blend of academic preparation, hands-on experience, and a genuine passion for real estate, Alfredo is committed to delivering value and building lasting relationships within the commercial real estate industry.
